Kenneth M. Alweis

Kenneth M. Alweis, a partner in the firm, heads the Retail and Development Litigation Practice Group.  He concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death, commercial and construction litigation, product liability, transportation defense litigation, municipal, and land use litigation.  Mr. Alweis is a very experienced trial attorney and frequently serves as an arbitrator and mediator in State and Federal court proceedings.

Mr. Alweis regularly represents owners, developers, and managers of commercial properties and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He has represented some of the country's largest shopping center developers and owners in commercial disputes, negligent security claims, tenant litigation, and land use and zoning disputes.

Mr. Alweis possesses an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
