Christopher J. Belter
 Christopher J. Belter is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice on commercial and business litigation including contract, construction, intellectual property and employment discrimination law. He has 14 years of litigation experience and has tried numerous cases in State and Federal Court.
He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo's School of Law and is admitted to the New York State Bar, several Federal District Courts throughout the Country and to the United States Bankruptcy Court. He is the National Vice Chair of the Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Construction Law Committee, he is on the National Steering Committee of the Commercial Law Committee and is a member of DRI's Employment Law and Fidelity and Surety Committees. Mr. Belter is also a member of the ABA's Business Law and Intellectual Property Committees as well as the New York State Bar Association. He was named to Buffalo Law Journal's/Business First's 2006 and 2007 Who's Who in Law and to New York Super Lawyers 2007.
