Jonathan M. Bernstein
Jonathan M. Bernstein graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he received his Bachelors of Arts degree in history. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School where he served as Assistant Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, he served as a confidential clerk for the New York State Court of Appeals from 2002 to 2004.
Mr. Bernstein concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation and appellate advocacy. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and in the State of New York. Mr. Bernstein is a member of the New York State Bar Association where he serves on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers' Section. Mr. Bernstein also serves on the Publications Subcommittee for the Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Young Lawyers Committee.
