Kevin Burns

Kevin Burns is a partner of the firm and practices in the area of general litigation.  He has tried a number of automobile cases to verdict in the downstate New York Supreme Courts.  He is well versed in all areas of defense practice, including alternate dispute resolution, UM/SUM arbitrations and framed issue hearings as well as No-fault litigation and arbitrations.  

Mr. Burns has over 12 years of prior claims experience with Progressive Insurance as a claims representative, claims manager, and large loss specialist.  Thereafter, he worked as a supervising attorney with Progressive's downstate house counsel operation for five years.  Mr. Burns has extensive experience in the area of insurance and insurance claims.  Mr. Burns' claims background gives him a unique perspective in handling the defense of personal injury claims for the insurance industry.
