Jeffrey A. Carlino

Jeffrey A. Carlino concentrates his practice on commercial and business litigation. He also has experience with debtor/creditor rights, collections, bankruptcy and personal injury litigation. Mr. Carlino graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.  Mr. Carlino is admitted in New York State as well as in United States District Court  and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.  He is a member of the New York State, Erie County and Wyoming County Bar Associations as well as a member of the Defense Research Institute.
