Scott D. Carlton

Scott D. Carlton graduated from Hamilton College with a degree in International Relations and obtained his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court, Western District of New York. He has considerable jury experience, having tried numerous cases to verdict in the New York State Supreme Court. Mr. Carlton is a member of Defense Research Institute (DRI), the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations, and the New York State Defenders Association.  Mr. Carlton is resident in the firm's Rochester office.
