Mark R. Cramer

Mark R. Cramer has extensive experience in the defense of professional insurance and real estate agents and brokers, professional accountants, common carrier liability, premises liability and security, motor vehicle liability and liquor liability. Mr. Cramer has served as lead trial counsel for a variety of litigation matters involving serious personal injury and death, and significant personal and commercial property loss claims in courts throughout the State of Connecticut, in both jury and non-jury matters, and in class action and multi-party matters. He also has arbitration and mediation experience, and has represented clients before various state administrative agencies, including the Department of Consumer Protection, the Department of Insurance, and the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

Some of the types of causes of action actively defended by Mr. Cramer include breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation, violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, violation of the Connecticut Unfair Insurance Practice Act, negligence, violation of the Connecticut Dram Shop Act, libel and slander.

Mr. Cramer is a member of the Hartford County, Connecticut State and American Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University and he obtained his law degree from the Western New England College School of Law.
