Kimberlee Lupton Danieu
Kimberlee L. Danieu received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a Certificate in International Relations from the University of Rochester. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law. Ms. Danieu concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance defense and appellate practice. She handles both first and third-party coverage and bad faith matters involving personal and commercial lines. She is admitted to practice law in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Ms. Danieu is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) as well as the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo, New York.
