Kimberlee Lupton Danieu
Kimberlee L. Danieu received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a Certificate in International Relations from the University of Rochester. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law. Ms. Danieu concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage, general litigation and appellate practice. She handles both first and third-party coverage and bad faith matters involving personal and commercial lines. She is admitted to practice law in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Ms. Danieu is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) as well as the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations.
Ms. Danieu was named to Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition and to New York Super Lawyers. She is the author of "Does a Self-Insured Owe a Good Faith Duty to an Excess Insurer?" She is a regular contributor to Goldberg Segalla's CaseWatch: Insurance.
She served on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo, New York for six years.
