Paul S. Devine

Paul S. Devine is a partner of the firm's Long Island, New York office and has over 27 years of experience as a trial lawyer, recording more than 100 verdicts in state and federal courts. Mr. Devine has successfully defended public and school transportation providers and is experienced in municipal liability, products liability, civil rights claims, construction worksite accidents, railroad accidents and catastrophic injury cases. He appears frequently in the Appellate Divisions of New York's First and Second Judicial Departments, successfully arguing appeals in those courts. He is Chairman of the Trial Lawyers' Section of the Nassau County and Suffolk County Bar Associations and is a member of the Defense Research Institute ("DRI").  Mr. Devine possesses an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
