William J. Fitzpatrick

William J. Fitzpatrick is a partner of the firm's Long Island, New York office and has more than 20 years of New York State Supreme Court jury trial experience. He has successfully defended school districts, municipalities, diverse business entities and individuals in a wide variety of personal injury actions involving premises, construction sites, products, automobile accidents, and municipal liability. He has also represented individuals and business entities in diverse commercial litigations.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal District, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York. He is a former attorney of record for Royal SunAlliance Insurance Companies and former staff counsel for American International Group.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is a member of the Trial Lawyers and the Torts, Insurance, and Compensation Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Suffolk and Nassau County Bar Associations. He possesses an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
