Christopher G. Floreale

Christopher G. Floreale, a partner of the firm, graduated from Canisius College of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a minor in marketing. After matriculating in the Masters of Business Administration program at Canisius, he enrolled in Law School at Michigan State where he was in the top 1% of his class and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellent Achievement in the Study of Torts. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Floreale is admitted to practice in the State of New York, United States District Court for the Western District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations. Mr. Floreale has extensive New York State Supreme Court jury trial experience, having tried more than 25 cases to verdict. He has argued cases before the New York State Appellate Division (Fourth Department), and all lower New York Courts.

Mr. Floreale is responsible for insurance defense, including Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability, Worksite Injury Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation and Transportation Litigation Defense.
