During law school Ms. Frain worked on the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal, serving as Editor-in-Chief from 1998-1999. Prior to entering law school she graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
