Anthony J. Golowski II

Anthony J. Golowski is a partner in the firm's Princeton, New Jersey office and focuses his practice on insurance, financial investigation, corporate, employment matters and alcoholic beverage law. He represents corporate clients in their investigation and defense of fraudulent claims, and has defended claims involving allegations of discrimination and wrongful discharge. Mr. Golowski defends liquor licensees and other taxpayers audited by state and federal taxing authorities. He has substantial experience litigating complex financial and commercial matters. Mr. Golowski's clients include insurance carriers, food manufacturers and alcoholic beverage (liquor) licensees.

Commercial and litigation issues often overlap in the business world, and Mr. Golowski's trial experience and financial background enable him to represent his clients in transactions, contract negotiation and litigation. Mr. Golowski routinely works with insurance carrier SIU Departments to investigate, provide coverage analyses and litigate cases involving fraudulent insurance claims. He also negotiates asset purchase, operating, intellectual property licensing, confidentiality, employment and severance agreements, as well as manufacturing, sales and brokerage contracts. Mr. Golowski frequently works with transactional, intellectual property and in-house counsel on regulatory matters and commercial transactions.
