Richard A. Hall

After graduating college with honors, Richard A. Hall IV obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he participated in moot court, and national trial and mediation competitions. Mr. Hall has extensive New York State Supreme Court jury trial experience, having tried more than 30 cases to verdict. He has also participated in numerous mediations, and has successfully briefed and argued cases before the New York State Appellate Division. In addition to being a successful trial attorney, Mr. Hall has been appointed as a small claims court hearing officer since 2003, presiding over small claims matters filed in the City of Buffalo. Mr. Hall concentrates his practice on the areas of negligence, premises liability, railroad litigation and general litigation. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the New York and Erie County Bar Associations.
