Paul D. McCormick
 Named to both Business First's Who's Who in Law and Law & Politics magazine's New York Super Lawyers, Paul D. McCormick is a litigator and trial lawyer with over 15 years of experience defending corporations and insurance companies in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, New York worksite injuries and complex toxic tort liability. He is BV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. McCormick practices in courts throughout New York, including the state's appellate courts, and is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Northern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
