Paul D. McCormick
 Named to both Buffalo Law Journal's/Business First's 2007 Who's Who in Law and Law & Politics magazine's New York Super Lawyers 2007, Paul D. McCormick is a litigator and trial lawyer with over 13 years of experience defending corporations and insurance companies in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, complex toxic tort liability and New York worksite injuries. He is BV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. McCormick practices in courts throughout New York, including the state's appellate courts, and is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Northern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
Mr. McCormick is a member of DRI, the Defense Trial Lawyers Association of Western New York, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association. He recently authored Countering Plaintiff's Attempts to Maximize Damages: Communicating with Jurors about Money, an article published in the September 2007 issue of DRI's For The Defense magazine.
