Daniel B. Moar

Daniel B. Moar is an associate in the firm's Buffalo, New York office and concentrates his practice on commercial and employment litigation, as well as appellate advocacy. He has represented a broad range of clients, including advertising companies, health care industry corporations, and public utilities.

Mr. Moar was a Dean's List student at the Georgetown University Law Center and graduated summa cum laude from Canisius College. As a law student, Mr. Moar received a Public Service Award, was an editor of the American Criminal Law Review and served as Student Counsel for the Appellate Litigation Clinic. He has worked on numerous appeals, including arguing before the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit as part of his responsibilities with the Appellate Litigation Clinic.

Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Mr. Moar was a confidential law clerk to the Hon. John T. Elfvin and Hon. William M. Skretny of the United States District Court, Western District of New York.
