Joseph L. Mooney
Joseph L. Mooney is a partner of the firm whose trial practice involves the defense of insured and self-insured clients, in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on the defense of products liability, New York Labor Law (construction site) and insurance coverage claims.
A cum laude graduate of Hamilton College and of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, Mr. Mooney is a frequent author and lecturer on products liability, Labor Law and other liability issues. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in New York, the Second Circuit of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of New York. Mr. Mooney is a member of the Erie County, New York State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute.
