Patrick B. Naylon Patrick B. Naylon is a cum laude graduate of Syracuse University Law School where he was elected to the Justinian Honor Society. He graduated from R.I.T. with Highest Honors as an Outstanding Undergraduate Scholar and member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
