Joanna M. Roberto

Joanna M. Roberto is a partner of the firm in its Long Island office and concentrates her practice on general insurance defense litigation, which includes product liability litigation, insurance coverage and commercial litigation.  Ms. Roberto received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French, Italian and International Business from Hofstra University. She also attained a degree in linguistics while studying abroad in Florence, Italy. Ms. Roberto obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University School of Law with a simultaneous certificate for concentration of study in International Law. She served as exclusive coverage counsel for a multi-national insurance carrier in numerous construction defect matters pending in California. She is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern Districts of New York, the District of Connecticut, and the Court of Appeals for the Second and Tenth Circuits.
