Jesse D. Rutter Jesse D. Rutter is an associate in the firm's Long Island, New York office. Mr. Rutter received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his law degree, cum laude, from St. John's University School of Law. While in law school he was a member of the executive board for the St. John's Law Moot Court Honor Society and competed for the school's national team. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Mr. Rutter spent three and a half years as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York, prosecuting felony narcotics, firearms trafficking and money laundering cases.
