Edward V. Schwendemann

Edward V. Schwendemann is a partner in the firm's Long Island, New York office and concentrates his practice on product liability and general litigation. He has tried to verdict numerous cases in the downstate New York Supreme Courts. Mr. Schwendemann has successfully defended product manufacturers, hospitals, physicians and diverse business entities in personal injury litigation. He has also had extensive experience in medical malpractice cases, which affords him a unique perspective on the analysis of causation and injuries. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
