Mark B. Seiger Mark B. Seiger is a partner in the firm's Hartford, Connecticut office. He regularly advises and represents insurers on complex insurance coverage issues, extra-contractual issues, and litigation. He also represents clients in products liability, toxic tort, and complex civil litigation. Mark has tried over forty jury cases to successful conclusion. Mark has also successfully mediated and arbitrated numerous complex cases. Mark advises companies regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission regarding product related issues. This work encompasses product regulatory compliance, advertising and collateral material reviews and audits, agency investigations, and safety related issues. Mark also works with corporations in developing innovative ways to assess and minimize litigation exposure. He is the past Co-Chair of the Manufacturers Risk Prevention SLG of the Defense Research Institute. Mark is regularly invited to speak throughout the world on bad faith (extra-contractual) issues, products liability, and risk management issues.
