Anthony J. Tantillo Anthony J. Tantillo graduated cum laude from Buffalo State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a minor in Finance. He graduated early and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Tantillo has extensive New York State Supreme Court jury trial experience, having tried more than 25 cases to verdict. He has argued cases before the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department, and all lower New York Courts. Mr. Tantillo concentrates his practice on the areas of insurance defense, including automobile negligence, premises liability and personal injury litigation. Mr. Tantillo is admitted to practice in the State of New York, United States District Court for the Western District of New York, the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the New York and Erie County Bar Associations.
