Steven S. Vahidi

Steven S. Vahidi is an associate in the firm's Princeton, New Jersey office who concentrates his practice on the areas of products liability, commercial, class action and consumer fraud law litigation. Mr. Vahidi obtained his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden where he served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.

Mr. Vahidi's product liability experience includes the representation of manufacturers, retailers, and distributors of a wide variety of consumer and industrial products including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clothing, heating pads, glass products, asbestos and paint products.

Mr. Vahidi has significant experience in the area of Pharmaceutical Regulatory Compliance, and counsels clients with respect to product warnings, post-marketing safety monitoring, promotion, and marketing issues.  He also advises clients on anti-kickback laws and false claims acts.
