Angela D. Vitali Angela D. Vitali, a partner with the firm, has close to 25 years of experience in litigating all aspects of toxic tort, environmental and product liability cases, as well as complex negligence and medical malpractice actions. Her experience also includes the successful defense of matters involving lead paint (child and adult), chemicals, asbestos and mold exposure in both residential and commercial settings. During her career Ms. Vitali has served as lead counsel in over 50 jury and non-jury trials in both New York State and federal courts. She is also an appointed mediator for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Vitali is a frequent lecturer on toxic tort and negligence matters and has appeared as a legal commentator on various television programs, including appearances on Court TV.
