Kimberly E. Whistler
 Kimberly E. Whistler received her Juris Doctorate from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. She also received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health and Human Services and Psychology with an additional concentration in Community Mental Health from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She concentrates her practice primarily on matters involving insurance coverage disputes and ERISA matters. Ms. Whistler is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as both U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the American, New York State and Erie County Bar Associations.
