Mary Q. Wydysh
Mary Q. Wydysh is a partner of the firm and is a summa cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where she earned a position on the Moot Court Board. She also holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution Studies from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Her trial practice includes the defense of insured, self-insured and municipal clients.
Ms. Wydysh has extensive civil trial experience and concentrates her practice in product liability and general litigation. She is the past president of the Western Trial Lawyers Association, the past president of the Defense Trial Lawyers Association of Western New York and has addressed Judiciary panels on issues relating to judicial reform, jury selection and summary jury trials. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in New York, the United States District Court for the Western, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Wydysh is a member of the Erie County Bar Association. She has lectured and conducted in-service seminars on a wide variety of topics including no-fault, SUM, premises liability and bad faith issues. She was named to Business First's Who's Who in Law.
