Goldberg Segalla

Christina Brescia is an associate in the firm’s White Plains office. Her experience includes defending medical, podiatric, dental and legal malpractice cases and handling a wide range of premises liability, automobile liability and other insurance litigation matters. She has also worked with companies to evaluate commercial lease agreements and maintenance and service contracts to determine enforceability of indemnity rights and viability of breach-of-contract claims.

Before entering private practice, Christina was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
