Christopher Bopst is a commercial and construction partner who handles arbitration, litigation and appeals throughout the United States. In his 13 years of practice representing a wide range of clients from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, Chris understands that each matter is unique, and requires individualized attention and planning, in order to achieve the best result. Some of Chris's best successes have come even before a case has been filed — in the form of creating and implementing a strategy that results in a favorable outcome for his client.  He has earned a reputation as a skilled and creative adversary who conducts himself with the highest level of professionalism.

Chris has represented both individuals and corporate clients in significant cases involving contract disputes and business tort claims, real property litigation and trade secret and other intellectual property disputes. He also handles construction matters from contract negotiation on multi-million dollar projects to significant litigation, including both contract and bond claims through construction defect matters, arising out of substantial residential and commercial construction projects. He also has handles appeals to both state and federal courts in multiple states.

Chris has written and lectured business professionals on a wide range of topics involving matters directly affecting their businesses.
