Christopher Floreale, a partner of the firm, graduated from Canisius College of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a minor in marketing. After matriculating in the Masters of Business Administration program at Canisius, he enrolled in Law School at Michigan State where he was in the top 1 percent of his class and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellent Achievement in the Study of Torts. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Chris has extensive New York State Supreme Court jury trial experience, having tried more than 75 cases to verdict with a significant majority of those cases resulting in defense verdicts. He has argued cases before the New York State Appellate Division (Fourth Department), and all lower New York courts. Chris is responsible for general litigation, including automobile negligence, premises liability, worksite injury litigation, personal injury and transportation litigation defense.
