Goldberg Segalla

Edward Schwendemann is a partner in the firm's Long Island office and concentrates his practice on product liability and general litigation. He has tried to verdict numerous cases in the downstate New York Supreme Courts. Ed has successfully defended product manufacturers, hospitals, physicians and diverse business entities in personal injury litigation. He has also had extensive experience in medical malpractice cases, which affords him a unique perspective on the analysis of causation and injuries.
