Fallyn Cavalieri is a member of the firm’s Global Insurance Services Practice Group, where she concentrates her practice on representing insurers in all areas of litigation, including both ERISA and non-ERISA disputes over life, health, and disability coverage, as well as property and casualty, business interruption, asbestos injury, environmental contamination and remediation, and bad faith. Outside of litigation, Fallyn regularly renders coverage opinions to insurers on a wide range of potential liabilities. Fallyn is a co-author of the "Life Insurance" (2013) and "Reinsurance" (2012) chapters in Appleman on Insurance and is the co-editor of the firm's Life, Health, Disability, and ERISA newsletter. She contributes regularly to the firm’s CaseWatch: Insurance newsletter and the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Report blog. She is also co-chair of the Defense Research Institute’s Life, Health and Disability Young Lawyer’s Subcommittee.

Prior to joining the firm, Fallyn served as the Executive Productions Editor for the Pace Law Review and worked in chambers with U.S. District Court Judge Hon. Kenneth M. Karas, and in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, with Hon. Alan D. Scheinkman.
