Goldberg Segalla

Fallyn Reichert is an associate in the firm’s Buffalo office. As a member of the Global Insurance Services Practice Group, she concentrates her practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation. Fallyn contributes regularly to the Life, Health, Disability, and ERISA section of the firm’s Casewatch: Insurance newsletter and the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Report blog.

Fallyn has litigation experience through her participation in an Honors Prosecution Externship with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. During law school she served as the Executive Productions Editor for the Pace Law Review. She has also worked in chambers with U.S. District Court Judge Hon. Kenneth M. Karas, and in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, with Hon. Alan D. Scheinkman.
