Goldberg Segalla

Kathleen Martin is an accomplished and versatile attorney with over eleven years of extensive experience in personal injury, municipal liability, labor law, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance law and wrongful death. 

Kathleen has successfully briefed and argued several appeals involving complex issues of negligence and damages before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department. She is well-versed and experienced in the post-judgment present value application of Article 50-A and 50-B of the New York CPLR and routinely and successfully handles cases with catastrophic injuries and complex negligence.
