Goldberg Segalla

Kenneth Lange is special counsel in the firm’s Long Island office. He has defended clients through trial in general liability matters, and he focuses his practice on complex and high-exposure personal injury actions involving construction, New York Labor Law, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, lead exposure and asbestos. His clients include products manufacturers and distributors, general contractors and subcontractors, residential landlords, and private schools. Ken is admitted to practice before all state courts in New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
