With a practice that focuses on insurance coverage and other insurance-related litigation, Louis Kozloff — a skilled counselor who combines advocacy with sound business judgment — represents insurance companies in coverage issues and bad faith disputes, including commercial general liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and first-party property claims. Lou also defends complex liability claims for insureds and has nearly two decades of experience in the insurance sphere.

Lou has also served as Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel for a large insurance company, where he oversaw all litigation, handled class action litigation involving claims practices and regulatory matters, and specialized in claims matters involving coverage and extra-contractual exposure. He also advised the company’s claims department regarding coverage matters and extra-contractual liability, and worked closely with outside counsel in developing litigation strategy and arguments.
