Lucy Bradley in an experienced litigator who represents employers and insurance carriers in complex workers’ compensation matters. She handles claims from initial investigation to hearings before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and, when necessary, on appeal. She has also represented claimants in workers’ compensation proceedings.

Lucy earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Fellow, a recipient of the Gressman-Pollitt Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy, and a member of the Hispanic/Latino Law Students Association. She also completed more than 100 hours of pro bono service. During law school, Lucy was a judicial extern under Chief Judge John C. Martin in the North Carolina Court of Appeals and an intern with Legal Aid of North Carolina.
