Goldberg Segalla

Mary Massey is an active trial attorney who concentrates her practice in the areas of product liability, transportation, and catastrophic personal injury litigation. She represents automobile and truck manufacturers and has tired cases involving design defects. Mary has extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation and coverage issues. In particular, she addresses the coverage issues for a major trucking company providing coverage opinions and instituting or defending declaratory judgment actions. Mary has successfully argued in the New Jersey State Supreme Court, New Jersey Appellate Court and theThird Circuit Court of Appeals.
