Mary Wydysh is a partner of the firm. She concentrates her practice in product liability and general litigation, and she has extensive civil trial experience that includes the defense of insured, self-insured and municipal clients.

Mary is a past president of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and a past president of the Defense Trial Lawyers Association of Western New York. She has addressed judiciary panels on issues relating to judicial reform, jury selection and summary jury trials. She has lectured and conducted in-service seminars on a wide variety of topics including no-fault, SUM, premises liability and bad faith issues. In addition to her law degree, she holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution Studies from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
