Megan Kosovich represents insurers in complex, high-exposure insurance coverage disputes. Her experience includes managing large document productions, preparing legal memoranda to be used for the filing of dispositive motions, and formulating legal strategy.
Megan earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013, where she participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic and won or placed in several local and national moot court, family law, and appellate advocacy competitions. She was also the recipient of the school’s Chancellor Scholarship.
Megan was previously a judicial intern with the Hon. Susan Wigenton in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and a clerk with the Hon. Karen Cassidy in Superior Court of New Jersey. She has been a coach of Seton Hall’s Interscholastic Moot Court Board since 2013.
