Robert Gallagher has extensive trial experience, having taken more than 30 trials to verdict, including cases brought under New York’s Labor Law, product liability, motor vehicle and premises liability areas. Robert also has a vast amount of first-and third-party benefit disputes experience, Special Investigation [Fraud] Unit litigation, loss transfer, SUM and UM insurance litigation, and all aspects of appellate practice.
