Goldberg Segalla

Sandra Sabourin is special counsel to the firm and is resident in its Syracuse office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of general litigation, commercial and construction litigation, employment litigation, and appellate advocacy. She regularly handles premises liability and workers’ compensation matters, labor law appeals, and asbestos and lead paint liability. She has extensive experience in the retail, construction and transportation industries. In addition, she represents employers in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration on matters involving harassment, employment discrimination, civil rights claims and breach of contract.
