Goldberg Segalla

Sean Stadelman is resident in the firm's Philadelphia office. His practice focuses on litigation and regulatory matters involving professionals, products and commercial disputes. He has represented multi-national manufacturers of specialty vehicles and trucking companies in personal injury and property loss cases pending in federal and state courts.  Examples include the crashworthiness of a concrete mixer in a wrongful death case and complete loss of a carrier due to fire originating in the steering column.  He is currently assisting with the defense of a multi-national trucking company in a catastrophic injury case pending in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, which involves a head-on crash between a tractor trailer and both a small passenger car and a van occupied by 12 passengers. 

Sean also represents health care providers in malpractice cases and matters involving breach of protected health information.  His practice also includes medical device and other product liability defense, as well as commercial disputes.
