Thomas Scappaticci focuses his practice on litigating complex product liability matters for clients in a range of industries. With experience that includes handling property insurance subrogation and recovery litigation, construction claims, and commercial litigation, Tom offers clients broad legal knowledge and the ability to create tailored litigation action plans and strategies to minimize client exposure.

Tom graduated, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law and ranked in the top five percent of his class. He was a member of the school’s American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and a Dean’s Fellow Program intern with the St. John’s Elder Law Clinic. There, he handled all aspects of litigation on behalf of elderly low income clients.
