Goldberg Segalla

Timothy Welch is an associate in the firm's Rochester office. He practices in the area of general litigation and products liability.  He regularly handles labor law cases for construction companies and developers as well as workers' compensations claims. Tim has represented manufacturers in numerous personal injury defense and product liability matters, including asbestos litigation.
