Vacharaesorn Vivacharawongse concentrates his practice in the areas of  commercial litigation, risk and litigation avoidance strategies, and product liability. He has significant experience representing various  multinational corporations and manufacturers of a range of products, including motorcycle components and luxury yachts, in state and federal courts. 

His litigation successes include a victory for a yacht manufacturer client in a contract dispute involving fraud allegations with alleged damages valued at more than $30 million. In addition to his commercial litigation and product liability work, Vacharaesorn has provided valuable assistance in implementing risk assessment and litigation avoidance strategies to foreign corporations doing business in the United States. He also has experience handling environmental and toxic tort cases, as well as immigration matters. 

Vacharaesorn is a proud native of Bangkok, Thailand. Sent to England for his primary and secondary school education, he attended the prestigious Harrow School.   

Vacharaesorn received an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law at the George Washington  University School of Law. While completing his juris doctor at Stetson University College of Law, he was a member of the Ferguson-White Inn of Court and volunteered with the Pinellas County Teen Court Program. Vacharaesorn continues to be involved in minority attorney and law student mentoring initiatives.
