Practice Groups
Verne Pedro is special counsel in the firm's Princeton, New Jersey office. Verne's practice focuses principally on complex insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation and products liability litigation. He has handled insurance matters in various disciplines, including construction defect claims, environmental claims, international arbitration of pharmaceutical coverage claims, professional liability claims, directors and officer's liability claims, and personal injury litigation.
Verne has a full range of civil litigation experience in New Jersey and New York courts from initial pleadings and discovery through appellate review.
Before practicing law, Verne was a Claims Analyst for American International Group, where he gained extensive insurance industry experience handling high-level exposure toxic tort matters.
