William Kelly is one of the firm's most seasoned and successful trial attorneys, with 30 years of trial experience. In the firm's White Plains office, he concentrates his practice on defending complex product liability and construction site litigation, as well as catastrophic damages cases.
Bill has argued appeals in two of the country's most respected appellate venues: the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the New York Court of Appeals. Bill also lectures for the New York State Bar Association on construction site litigation and has been selected to act as a member of the faculty for the Judicial Institute, providing trial guidance for newly elected Supreme Court judges.
Bill is a former attorney of record for Transamerica Insurance and Royal Sun Alliance Insurance Companies. In the challenging jurisdictions of New York's five boroughs, Bill has established a reputation with the bench and bar as one of the most able trial attorneys in the metropolitan area.
