Administrative Assistant 

Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national and international practice seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team.

This Administrative Assistant position will provide all aspects of administrative support directly to an internal firm department. The position requires a strong understanding of  information collected in a number of the firm’s business processes, the ability to analyze the accuracy and adequacy of information supplied, the use of discretion to secure  additional and/or missing information and ensuring accurate information is entered in firm systems in a timely manner. A candidate must be able to multi task effectively and balance working on multiple requests and projects on a daily basis. Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.

  • Assist with the collection, entry and maintenance of data in firm systems and databases
  • Understand and appropriately follow firm processes and utilize firm systems  
  • Completion of reports on a daily, weekly, monthly or as needed basis
  • Provide administrative and project assistance
  • Ideal candidate should be motivated with the goal of becoming a long term asset within the organization.
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The use of good judgment and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team
  • Exercises confidentiality and discretion
