Frank J. Ciano

Frank J. Ciano è un senior partner presso l'ufficio dello Studio di White Plains. Conseguì il diploma in ingegneria meccanica, con lode, all'università di Manhattan. Dopo il diploma lavorò come ingegnere aerospaziale con specifico riferimento alla progettazione di strutture alari e di fusoliere per aerei e navette spaziali. Successivamente frequentò la facoltà di giurisprudenza della Hofstra University dove si laureò in Giurisprudenza con merito nel 1990.
L'attività professionale dell'Avv. Ciano è particolarmente diretta all'assistenza di aziende multinazionali e compagnie di assicurazioni nel settore della responsabilità civile prodotti, diritto societario, brevetti e proprietà intellettuali (è abilitato anche quale patent attorney). Offre ai suoi clienti consulenza al fine di rispettare le numerose normative europee in tema di responsabilità e sicurezza prodotti. In questo senso, al fine di offrire un servizio sempre migliore, l'Avv. Ciano collabora con un network di avvocati specializzati in responsabilità civile prodotti in Europa, Asia e America.
L'avv. Ciano inoltre ricopre la carica di Chairman del Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Discovery Abuse Specialized Litigation Group ed è membro del Sezione dello Stato di New York sia del DRI che della Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
